Sorrel Diop vs Chevy Beaucage

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Wigwam Gym, Dakar,  taking place on 30/12/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Sorrel Diop (2 - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Chevy Beaucage(6 - 8) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Diop and Beaucage weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sid Soumah, and the three ringside judges are Holland Mandiang, Landry de la Bretonne and Vernon Thiaw.  

Round 1: 

Diop lands a jab to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Diop attempts to land a right hook, but Beaucage slips the shot and counters with a right hook.
