Senon Ribas vs Juan Portillo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Guayaquil Lepe, Guayaquil,  taking place on 18/01/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Senon Ribas (9 - 4) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Juan Portillo(11 - 2 - 3) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Ribas and Portillo weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Corzo, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Ferro, Sagaz Ancheta and Angel Chavana.  

Round 1: 

Portillo advances into close range.  Ribas hits home with a right hook.
