Joaquin Escalante vs Bronco Coreas

Boxing Daily Report from the Habe Promotions promoted show at Quito Soriano, Quito,  taking place on 18/01/2024:

Clearly Habe Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Escalante (4 - 10 - 1) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Bronco Coreas(3 - 7(1) - 3) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Escalante and Coreas weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Guitron, and the three ringside judges are Leonel Armenta, Santiago Rolon and Rogelio Remigio.  

Round 1: 

Escalante connects with a right uppercut.
