Lucas Blackstock vs Leon Weir

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at JSW Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 15/01/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Lucas Blackstock (2 - 0) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Leon Weir(2 - 0 - 3) from Melbourne, Australia.  Blackstock weighed in at 112 pounds, while Weir weighed in at 111 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Elmasyan, and the three ringside judges are Jake Denniston, John Kissick and Mark McBride.  

Round 1:
