Kong Chak vs Yuichi Ozawa

Boxing Daily Report from the Ekstein Promotions promoted show at Sam Gym, Kitakyushu,  taking place on 23/01/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kong Chak (13(8) - 1) who hails from Zhengzhou, China and Yuichi Ozawa(6 - 4) from Tokyo, Japan.  Chak weighed in at 121 pounds And 12 ounces, while Ozawa weighed in at 121 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Naoki Hasegawa, and the three ringside judges are Hiroki Sawa, Yuji Sakai and Satoshi Shinsato.  

Round 1: 

Ozawa gets on the inside.  Chak is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.

Chak steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Ozawa recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Ozawa is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Chak on the ropes.  Chak lands a WICKED right hook.  OZAWA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Ozawa quickly recovers.
