Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Northern England promoted show at Bradford Ice Arena, Bradford,  taking place on 24/01/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ian Russell (11 - 1) who hails from London, UK and Faisal Popal(12(1) - 0) from Middlesbrough, UK.  Both Russell and Popal weighed in at 200 pounds.
