Neper Magallanes vs Carlos Pelaez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Baja California promoted show at Tijuana Tamayo, Tijuana,  taking place on 26/01/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Baja California Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neper Magallanes (8 - 1) who hails from Mexicali, Mexico and Carlos Pelaez(11 - 1 - 1) from Tijuana, Mexico.
