Chigozie Nwuche vs Sone Odimayo

Boxing Daily Report from the Ofosu-Ayeh Promotions promoted show at Kano Ofodile, Kano,  taking place on 27/01/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Kano State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chigozie Nwuche (11(1) - 1) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Sone Odimayo(9 - 3 - 3) from Kano, Nigeria.  Nwuche weighed in at 140 pounds, while Odimayo weighed in at 139 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is James Obekpa, and the three ringside judges are Chris Adebola, Theophilus Adeniran and Theophilus Adeniran.  

Round 1:
