Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Miyagi promoted show at Satoru Tanji Gym, Sendai,  taking place on 04/01/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Afon Vassiliev (1 - 0) who hails from Moscow, Russia and Akira Kubo(1 - 2 - 1) from Yokohama, Japan.  Vassiliev weighed in at 168 pounds, while Kubo weighed in at 167 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mitsuru Hasegawa, and the three ringside judges are Ryuu Wakabayashi, Michi Sakaguchi and Ichiro Tsuchiya.
