Tim Reece vs Edwyn Ladd

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Frank Gym, Manchester,  taking place on 11/01/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Tim Reece (1 - 0) who hails from Bradford, UK and Edwyn Ladd(0 - 0 - 2) from Coventry, UK.  Reece weighed in at 115 pounds, while Ladd weighed in at 114 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Llewellyn, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Dunn, Irfan Assaf and Michael Beretta.

Reece hits home with a firm right hook.  Reece clinches his opponent.  Reece uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Ladd behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
