Erik Akre vs Melker Lindland

Boxing Daily Report from the Eriyo Promotions promoted show at Stockholm Arnell, Stockholm,  taking place on 31/01/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Sweden-Stockholm Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV4 Sport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Erik Akre (13 - 2) who hails from Stockholm, Sweden and Melker Lindland(10 - 1 - 1) from Stockholm, Sweden.  Akre weighed in at 238 pounds and 3 ounces, while Lindland weighed in at 233 pounds and 15 ounces.
