Sergej á Alferov vs Mark Papafio

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Ankara Atatürk Sport Hall, Ankara,  taking place on 02/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the WRBC International Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sergej á Alferov (14(11) - 0) who hails from Varna, Bulgaria and Mark Papafio(11 - 3(1)) from Accra, Ghana.  Alferov weighed in at 135 pounds, while Papafio weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ilker Gruda, and the three ringside judges are Ahmet Akagunduz, Soner Bucak and Engin Ali.
