Bongi Mathoho vs Siyabonga Selebi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Soweto Mulder, Soweto,  taking place on 01/02/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bongi Mathoho (7 - 6 - 2) who hails from Pretoria, South Africa and Siyabonga Selebi(7 - 6 - 2) from Boksburg, South Africa.  Mathoho weighed in at 118 pounds, while Selebi weighed in at 117 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Barry Khuzwayo, and the three ringside judges are Kyrone Letsholonyane, Johnny Kamalebo and Aenas Van der Walt.
