Chata Chipasha vs Neil Chiyombo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zambia-Lusaka promoted show at Lusaka Hangombe, Lusaka,  taking place on 03/02/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Zambia-Lusaka Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ZNBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chata Chipasha (12 - 2 - 1) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Neil Chiyombo(5 - 5 - 2) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Both Chipasha and Chiyombo weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nwa Hamabilo, and the three ringside judges are Kwamin Sichinga, Floyd Mubu and Ben Chiputa.  

Round 1: 

Chipasha digs in a right hook to Chiyombo's ribcage.

Chipasha is looking to close the distance and digs in a right uppercut to Chiyombo's ribcage.  Chipasha holds on to his opponent.  Chipasha leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.
