Chris Handema vs Tamarius Mayaba

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zambia-Lusaka promoted show at Lusaka Lyainga, Lusaka,  taking place on 04/02/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zambia-Lusaka Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Handema (5 - 5 - 2) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Tamarius Mayaba(9 - 6) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Handema weighed in at 225 pounds and 8 ounces, while Mayaba weighed in at 238 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Elliot Hajamba, and the three ringside judges are Uba Mwikuta, Kyrone Chibiya and Luister Sibanda.
