Kamran Mansoor vs Greg Craigmile

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Rehman Shehata Gym, Los Angeles,  taking place on 20/02/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Kamran Mansoor (1 - 0) who hails from Sacremento, USA and Greg Craigmile(6 - 6 - 3) from Seattle, USA.  Mansoor weighed in at 118 pounds, while Craigmile weighed in at 116 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fraser Lesley, and the three ringside judges are David Evans, Alastair Hankin and Kiki Aybar.  

Round 1: 

Mansoor lands a solid overhand right.

Mansoor gets on the inside.  Craigmile throws a left hook, but Mansoor clinches his opponent.  Mansoor leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Mansoor's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Craigmile switches the action to the outside.  Mansoor finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Mansoor quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a solid right hook to Craigmile's body.  
Mansoor advances into close range and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mansoor is on target with a left uppercut.  
Craigmile attempts to land a cross, but Mansoor sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Mansoor steps inside.  Mansoor lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Mansoor wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Craigmile dabs at his face checking for damage.  Craigmile has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused bad swelling  around the left eye.  
Craigmile is looking to keep his distance and tries to land a cross, but Mansoor slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Mansoor closes the distance.  Mansoor lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Craigmile wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mansoor dabs at his face checking for damage.
