Colar Desnos vs Montgomery Obie

Boxing Daily Report from the Asosyasyon Boxer Revolisyonè Etazini promoted show at Sofitel Abidjan Hotel Ivoire, Abidjan,  taking place on 17/02/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ivory Coast-Lagunes Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Colar Desnos (5 - 0) who hails from Abidjan, Ivory Coast and Montgomery Obie(6 - 7) from Abobo, Ivory Coast.  Both Desnos and Obie weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Etienne Bayne, and the three ringside judges are Sid Zola, Travis Bay and Odo Larbaud.
