Boxing Daily Report from the Asamoah Promotions promoted show at Montreal Setton, Montreal,  taking place on 14/02/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-Quebec Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gareth Fotheringham (11 - 1) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Mardian Roussel(15 - 3) from Montreal, Canada.  Fotheringham weighed in at 135 pounds, while Roussel weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Prewitt Gedeon, and the three ringside judges are Brendan Aitken, Sid Leys and Aramis Duvauchelle.
