Siphelele Mokonyane vs Runako Quartey

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Mark Goosens Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 15/02/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Siphelele Mokonyane (2 - 1) who hails from Johannesburg, South Africa and Runako Quartey(8 - 2 - 3) from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.  Mokonyane weighed in at 130 pounds, while Quartey weighed in at 129 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Xhosas Kwadwo, and the three ringside judges are Simba Bariagher, Bongani Zungu and Lemme Van der Linde.
