Besim Tolr vs Lazar Grabaza

Boxing Daily Report from the Latvia Boxing promoted show at Igor Allikas Gym, Riga,  taking place on 28/01/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Besim Tolr (2 - 1) who hails from Durres, Albania and Lazar Grabaza(2 - 8 - 1) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Tolr and Grabaza weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pyotr Dancis, and the three ringside judges are Georgiy Jaungailis, Sergei Cesnieks and Goga Sulainis.

Grabaza lands a right hook.  
Grabaza sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Tolr connects with a cross.

Tolr closes the distance and forces Grabaza to back into the blue corner.  As Tolr tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Grabaza dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Grabaza is on target with a left hook.  
Grabaza lands a jab.  
Tolr steps inside and tries to land a right hook, but Grabaza blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Tolr feints a left hook, and then hits home with a left hook.  
Tolr switches the action to the outside and connects with an overhand right.  
Tolr hits home with a right hook.  
Tolr is looking to close the distance.  Grabaza sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Tolr is on target with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Grabaza's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Grabaza's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Tolr is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land an overhand right, but Grabaza sidesteps and counters with a right hook.

At the end of Round 5, lets listen in on the corners...Tolr's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!  Grabaza's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.
