Frisco Capella vs Cuba Palmero

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruzgeryan Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Aguila, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 15/02/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Frisco Capella (12 - 1) who hails from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic and Cuba Palmero(11 - 2 - 1) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Capella weighed in at 232 pounds and 9 ounces, while Palmero weighed in at 223 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Menendez, and the three ringside judges are Neron La Torre, Guillermo Galea and Vicente Lena.
