Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Frank Gym, Manchester,  taking place on 26/01/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Brian McAffee (1 - 0) who hails from Northampton, UK and Inigo Cook(2 - 0) from Portsmouth, UK.  Both McAffee and Cook weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bart McPhee, and the three ringside judges are John McQuay, Mark Bonnar and Owen Saunders.  

Round 1: 

Cook pivots to the left of his opponent.  McAffee drives a stinging left hook into Cook's body.

McAffee is on target with a left hook.  
Cook switches the action to the outside.  McAffee feints a right hook, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Cook tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with an overhand right.  
Cook throws a left hook, but McAffee holds on to his opponent.  McAffee is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Cook throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
McAffee steps inside and drives a left hook into Cook's liver.  McAffee tries to land a left hook, but Cook sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.
