Manuel Riso vs Jair Quijano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI El Salvador-San Salvador promoted show at Soyapango Felix, Soyapango,  taking place on 17/02/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the El Salvador-San Salvador Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal 17, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Manuel Riso (8 - 1 - 1) who hails from Apopa, El Salvador and Jair Quijano(4 - 2) from Soyapango, El Salvador.  Both Riso and Quijano weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nicandro Marin, and the three ringside judges are Jeraldo Cartaya, Lorenzo Rivas and Santiago Triana.
