Liberatore Ceci vs Ethan Willie

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Kern Center Arena, Milwaukee,  taking place on 12/02/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Liberatore Ceci (2 - 0) who hails from Albany, USA and Ethan Willie(2 - 3 - 1) from Orlando, USA.  Both Ceci and Willie weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richard Cavanagh, and the three ringside judges are Rex Applegarth, Zach McCrae and John Quirke.  

Round 1: 

Ceci lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Willie closes the distance.  Ceci throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Ceci holds on to his opponent.  Ceci pushes his forearm into Willie's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Ceci.  
Ceci steps away from his opponent and connects with a solid cross.  
Ceci is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a right hook, but Willie sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Ceci lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Ceci holds on to his opponent.  Ceci uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Willie's kidney. Ceci is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Ceci pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Ceci lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Ceci is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Ceci tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Ceci stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Willie attempts to land a cross, but Ceci blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Ceci closes the distance.  Ceci sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Willie is looking to close the distance.  Ceci lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Ceci holds on to his opponent.  Ceci tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Willie behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Ceci lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  As Willie tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ceci dabs at his face checking for damage.
