Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at Sports Wales Centre, Cardiff,  taking place on 23/03/2024:

Clearly Pacific and Andean Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Billy McCleary (0 - 0) who hails from Cardiff, UK and James Shortt(0 - 10 - 3) from Brighton and Hove, UK.  Both McCleary and Shortt weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edwyn Brodie, and the three ringside judges are Terry Lyons, Terry Lyons and Joshua Gillespie.
