Evgeny Oshkaja vs Arseni Platbardis

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Zernebog Chakste Gym, Riga,  taking place on 23/02/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Latvia-Riga Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Evgeny Oshkaja (4 - 2) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Arseni Platbardis(3 - 4 - 2) from Riga, Latvia.  Oshkaja weighed in at 126 pounds, while Platbardis weighed in at 125 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fadei Zvaigznite, and the three ringside judges are Boris Jaunslavietis, Melor Rags and Evgeny Shmits.
