Boxing Daily Report from the Valhalla promotions promoted show at Grand Hotel Oslo, Oslo,  taking place on 09/02/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Casper Allender (3 - 0) who hails from Stockholm, Sweden and Volund Lovig(0 - 1 - 1) from Bergen, Norway.  Allender weighed in at 121 pounds and 9 ounces, while Lovig weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Unni Horne, and the three ringside judges are Gunnar Berdahl, Roscoe Vold and Ragnar Mehle.

Allender drives a spiteful jab into his opponents face.  Allender attempts to land a jab, but Lovig sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Allender gets on the inside.  Allender voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Lovig attempts to land a left hook, but Allender dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lovig advances into close range.  Allender lands a right hook.  
Allender lands with a hard jab.  
Lovig steps inside.  Allender lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.
