Cruz Casares vs Roman Montesino

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Miranda promoted show at Caracas Nieblas, Caracas,  taking place on 02/03/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Venezuela Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cruz Casares (11 - 3 - 2) who hails from Caracas, Venezuela and Roman Montesino(5 - 0) from Caracas, Venezuela.  Both Casares and Montesino weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Venacio Moros, and the three ringside judges are Diego Caceres, Dimos Alanis and Edmundo Fuente.
