Teymur Parsa vs Ismayil Abushev

Boxing Daily Report from the Habulenzi Promotions promoted show at Pyotr Bajghanbaew Gym, Samarqand,  taking place on 02/03/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uzbekistan-Samarqand Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Teymur Parsa (10 - 5) who hails from Samarqand, Uzbekistan and Ismayil Abushev(16 - 0) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  Parsa weighed in at 147 pounds, while Abushev weighed in at 146 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mirza Khawaja, and the three ringside judges are Boris Amirbeyov, Yusif Humbatov and Viktor Kosaeff.  

Round 1: 

Parsa tries to step out of his opponents range and tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.
