Hazi Majeed vs Marlen Salimzhanow

Boxing Daily Report from the Sadami Promotions promoted show at Toshkent Umralieff, Toshkent,  taking place on 02/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uzbekistan-Toshkent Shahri Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hazi Majeed (14 - 2) who hails from Toshkent, Uzbekistan and Marlen Salimzhanow(7 - 0) from Toshkent, Uzbekistan.  Majeed weighed in at 175 pounds, while Salimzhanow weighed in at 174 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ahmed Saryev, and the three ringside judges are Hamid Yusuf, Boris Nuriev and Isaak Iskacow.
