Myung-joo Wang vs Daichi Yamauchi

Boxing Daily Report from the Maloian Promotions promoted show at Hiroshima Ueno, Hiroshima,  taking place on 01/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Myung-joo Wang (2 - 0) who hails from Ulsan, South Korea and Daichi Yamauchi(0 - 1 - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Wang weighed in at 130 pounds, while Yamauchi weighed in at 129 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Otani, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Otani, Goro Tengan and Nori Oye.  

Round 1: 

Wang lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Yamauchi.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.
