Boxing Daily Report from the Mandale Boxing Promotions promoted show at Melbourne Meehan, Melbourne,  taking place on 06/02/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Theo Cadigan (0 - 0) who hails from Manukau, New Zealand and Billy McAree(1 - 3) from Canberra, Australia.  Cadigan weighed in at 108 pounds, while McAree weighed in at 107 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Arran Forbes, and the three ringside judges are Ian Suit, James Tarbert and Jake Denniston.

McAree closes the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Cadigan dabs at his face checking for damage.

Cadigan pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Cadigan lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cadigan walks McAree down, trapping him in a corner.  Cadigan digs in a right uppercut to McAree's ribs.
