Lao-Tzu Kuo vs Yasushi Yamamura

Boxing Daily Report from the Carabetian Promotions promoted show at Mikio Hirai Gym, Kyoto,  taking place on 01/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Lao-Tzu Kuo (3 - 0) who hails from Luoyang, China and Yasushi Yamamura(3 - 3 - 1) from Sendai, Japan.  Both Kuo and Yamamura weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Fujiwara, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Ozawa, Nao Mori and Naoki Kawasaki.  

Round 1: 

Kuo tries to land a jab, but Yamamura slips the shot and counters with a cross.
