Dong-jun Koh vs Aki Mura

Boxing Daily Report from the Carabetian Promotions promoted show at Mikio Hirai Gym, Kyoto,  taking place on 01/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Dong-jun Koh (3 - 0) who hails from Changwon, South Korea and Aki Mura(1 - 3 - 2) from Saitama, Japan.  Both Koh and Mura weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Ozawa, and the three ringside judges are Nao Mori, Kenji Fujiwara and Naoki Kawasaki.  

Round 1: 

Koh lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Koh quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.
