Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Rooq Gym, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 11/02/2024:

Clearly Rooq Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Eddi Apriantono (4 - 0) who hails from Binjai, Indonesia and Thong Huy(0 - 2 - 2) from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  Both Apriantono and Huy weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waqar Sabir, and the three ringside judges are Syed Kamel, Tariq Ahmed and Ibrahim Mohammed.  

Round 1: 

Apriantono gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  Apriantono clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
