Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Palmer Events Center, Houston,  taking place on 09/02/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Blake Mamon (4 - 0) who hails from Providence, USA and Arnie Cook(1 - 2 - 1) from Cape Coral, USA.  Both Mamon and Cook weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Henry Messer, and the three ringside judges are Paul Mings, Sid Hackney and Sean Richards.  

Round 1: 

Cook throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
