Quaddus Kaunda vs Sean Byandaala

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi,  taking place on 02/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Quaddus Kaunda (3 - 0) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Sean Byandaala(3 - 11 - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Kaunda and Byandaala weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kyrone Koimbori, and the three ringside judges are Elliot Lumumba, Rehan Abed and Scott Merande.  

Round 1: 

Kaunda is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Byandaala steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Kaunda drives a stinging right hook into his opponents ribs.  Kaunda clinches his opponent.  Kaunda pushes his forearm into Byandaala's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Byandaala sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kaunda lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Kaunda hits home with a left uppercut.  
Kaunda pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut.  
Byandaala is looking to close the distance.  Kaunda lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.

Kaunda drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  Kaunda holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Byandaala pushes his forearm into Kaunda's face. The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kaunda dabs at his face checking for damage.
