Tim Reece vs Bart Blaney

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Frank Gym, Manchester,  taking place on 20/02/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Tim Reece (4 - 0) who hails from Bradford, UK and Bart Blaney(1 - 0 - 1) from Blackburn, UK.  Reece weighed in at 114 pounds and 12 ounces, while Blaney weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ronald McCauley, and the three ringside judges are Mike Sconce, Henry Florian and Sammy Dunkerson.  

Round 1: 

Blaney pivots to the side of his opponent.  Blaney throws a right hook, but Reece clinches his opponent.  Reece pushes his forearm into Blaney's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Reece lands a firm cross.  Reece tries to land a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
