Sam Wallander vs Jay Gabriel

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Owen Manthey Gym, Saint Paul,  taking place on 28/02/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Sam Wallander (3 - 0) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Jay Gabriel(0 - 3) from Cincinnati, USA.  Both Wallander and Gabriel weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Langer, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Cullen, Zachary Mattus and Charlie Genz.  

Round 1: 

Wallander lands a right uppercut.
