Abdul Mamoun vs Aydin Sokullu

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Ankara Atatürk Sport Hall, Ankara,  taking place on 09/03/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Middle East Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Abdul Mamoun (17 - 0) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Aydin Sokullu(12 - 3) from Ankara, Turkey.  Mamoun weighed in at 126 pounds, while Sokullu weighed in at 125 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bora Ozansoy, and the three ringside judges are Soner Bucak, Engin Ali and Selim Alptekin.  

Round 1: 

Sokullu advances into close range and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.
