Boxing Daily Report from the Acquah Promotions promoted show at Gimnasio Knock Out, Medellin,  taking place on 16/03/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Colombia-Antioquia Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gig Portilla (6 - 0) who hails from Bello, Colombia and Edmundo Franca(6 - 1) from Medellin, Colombia.  Both Portilla and Franca weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bronco Barragan, and the three ringside judges are Yago Villaflor, Yago Villaflor and Lorenzo Sarinana.
