Elliot Nist vs Ian McWaters

Boxing Daily Report from the Mthethwa Promotions promoted show at John MacPhail Gym, Glasgow,  taking place on 26/02/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Elliot Nist (2 - 0) who hails from Leeds, UK and Ian McWaters(1 - 2 - 1) from London, UK.  Nist weighed in at 122 pounds, while McWaters weighed in at 121 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Morgan, and the three ringside judges are Stephen Seward, Robert McQueen and James McEwan.

McWaters wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Nist dabs at his face checking for damage.
