James Gillison vs Mark Thomason

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Showtime Gym, Miami,  taking place on 01/04/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Florida Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Gillison (13(1) - 3(1)) who hails from St. Petersburg, USA and Mark Thomason(5 - 3 - 3) from Miramar, USA.  Both Gillison and Thomason weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ora Danon, and the three ringside judges are Fanuco Villarrubia, Onofre Villagomez and Blake Hyslop.  

Round 1: 

Gillison lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Gillison lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.
