Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Rattlesnake Gym, Arlington,  taking place on 01/03/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are William Mate (4 - 0) who hails from Honolulu, USA and Arthur Picard(1 - 4 - 2) from Atlantic City, USA.  Mate weighed in at 112 pounds, while Picard weighed in at 111 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Owen Bryde, and the three ringside judges are Joel Abraham, Michael Toste and Johnny Cornejo.

Mate feints a right, and then lands a cross to the head, a jab to the body and a jab to the head.

Picard gets on the inside.  Mate drives a right hook into his opponents body.  As Picard tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Mate has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.

Picard steps inside.  Picard quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent andAs the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Picard dabs at his face checking for damage.
