Lado Atsu vs Jay Salifu

Boxing Daily Report from the Busia Promotions promoted show at Mashawn Cobbina Gym, Kumasi,  taking place on 20/03/2024:

Clearly Busia Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Ashanti Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lado Atsu (4 - 3 - 2) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Jay Salifu(1 - 11 - 1) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Atsu weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces, while Salifu weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Kwakye, and the three ringside judges are Connor Salifu, Mason Attoh and Bob Antwi.  

Round 1: 

Atsu is looking to close the distance.  Salifu pivots to the side of his opponent.  Atsu hits home with a right hook.
