David Edwards vs Patrick Walsh

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Grand Hall,Guild Hall, Preston,  taking place on 18/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are David Edwards (6 - 0) who hails from London, UK and Patrick Walsh(2 - 4) from London, UK.  Edwards weighed in at 130 pounds, while Walsh weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Timothy Yates, and the three ringside judges are Dave Housler, Paul McComb and Glynn James.  

Round 1: 

Edwards pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a cross.
