Senior Nzie vs James Gathuessi

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Mayfair Casino, Nairobi,  taking place on 18/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Senior Nzie (4(1) - 0) who hails from Yagoua, Cameroon and James Gathuessi(3 - 11 - 1) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Both Nzie and Gathuessi weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Scott Merande, and the three ringside judges are Shaun Arusei, Rob Birdi and Elliot Lumumba.  

Round 1: 

Nzie gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.

Nzie gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Nzie lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.
