Jing Chiao vs Aki Sakamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Maloian Promotions promoted show at Hiroshima Tone, Hiroshima,  taking place on 23/03/2024:

Clearly Maloian Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Jing Chiao (3 - 0) who hails from Shenyang, China and Aki Sakamoto(0 - 8 - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Chiao weighed in at 111 pounds And 5 ounces, while Sakamoto weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoru Nishimoto, and the three ringside judges are Jun Hironaka, Yoshi Kawakami and Taro Mayeda.

That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
