Chul Yoo vs Sung-ryong Whang

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Hong Soo-Hwan Star Boxing Gym, Seoul,  taking place on 26/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Chul Yoo (4 - 0) who hails from Cheongju, South Korea and Sung-ryong Whang(1 - 2 - 1) from Incheon, South Korea.  Yoo weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces, while Whang weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sung-ryong Pang, and the three ringside judges are Sung-ryong Chun, Myung-joo Soh and Jin-hyeon Sheen.

Whang gets on the inside and throws a right hook, but Yoo holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Yoo pushes his forearm into Whang's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Whang pivots to the right of his opponent.  Whang throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.
