Pancho Montera vs Olindo Mellado

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Ecatepec Hurtado, Ecatepec,  taking place on 26/03/2024:

Clearly AI Mexico-Mexico State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Mexico State Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pancho Montera (11 - 3) who hails from Ecatepec, Mexico and Olindo Mellado(9 - 3 - 2) from Chimalhuacan, Mexico.  Both Montera and Mellado weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Montalvan, and the three ringside judges are Federico Villegas, Montenegro Trevino and Lisandro Mancilla.
